I interview with Airtable for the technical support specialist role. Interviews consisted of a call with the recruiter, technical manager, call, homework assignment and final interview with three managers. I was confident in the interview process and felt like I built a good rapport with all of the interviewers. So there was nothing about the experience that told me I didn’t have the position, but I received a email that they were not going to move forward with my candidacy. I was disappointed to say the least, but if I had to give any feedback, I would say to either cut the assignment or decrease the amount of people that the candidate is interviewing with especially for a customer service role.
