      Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Airwallex.

      Entrevista

      I was contacted almost immediately by a recruiter saying they were very interested. Set up an interview time only for her to not get back to me, and sent a follow-up email with new availability. I did not receive a reply for 12 days. Then we rescheduled. She made me wait on a Zoom Call for 20 minutes before telling me it wouldn't work! She then asked to reschedule and what my availability was for the following week. I replied immediately with times, only for her to ghost me. SO so unprofessional. Seems the company could've needed my help in terms of making the recruiting process a positive experience for people since this seems like a common theme. I can't recommend avoiding this company enough, as it is extremely unprofessional and not trustworthy. Such a horrid experience. Really disappointed to have my time wasted. Complete disregard for what candidates go through.

We do apologise if this is the experience you have had with us, as we pride ourselves on responding to all applicants professionally and promptly, even if their application is unsuccessful. At this time we are receiving an overwhelming number of applicants for all of our open positions and with a very lean team we are doing our best to ensure everyone has the best interview experience possible. However, in your case it does sound like something has slipped through the cracks. As the Director of People and Talent, I would love to hear from you directly to understand where our process has fallen short and personally apologise for wasting your time.       Withdrew midway. Clear about what they want which is good as you can decide if it's for you. Personally culture wasnt fit for me and I had heard mixed things.

      Recruiter who interviewed me is good at screening questions. I was sent an email to inform I was rejected and I requested for further feedback. Feedback did not align with my experience hence I assume there is another reason for being rejected. Culture questions also did not align with my expectations. I was told their return to office policy is 4 days a week and this is called "hybrid". Company does not have very good feedback on glassdoor so I'm happy not to proceed further.

      I ended up meeting with 5 different people across Australia and Hong Kong, 3 of these were formal interviews and the others more informal discussions to learn more about the team. Was able to get a good understanding of expectations, challenges and the process was pretty efficient 3- 4 weeks from application to offer.
