The recruiter approached me. First round HR screening is fine, the HR is friendly and the questions is standard HR questions, like what is your motivation etc. However, the second round hiring manager is very unprofessional, the hiring manager is lack of payment experience and the topic was not focusing on the experience and the project I am doing, such as asking about the motivation, how your colleague will describe you. Made me feel the the hiring manager is no confidence to discuss about the payments and the industry.

It was nice and did not reflect the intense nature of work that a lot of people online talked about. However I only had 2 stages so far. The HR was friendly and very transparent about the process and benefits
