Tldr:
Very friendly people, team coordination seems problematic
The people during all stages were very friendly and cooperating. I anticipate that there must be a nice working culture. Nonetheless, there were some important negative points:
- My stated availability windows were repeatedly ignored. I had to actively push to reschedule.
- There was significant content overlap between interview rounds, with different interviewers every time. I repeated the exact same answers several times. Idk if this is a deliberare design choice, but in conjunction with the first it comes across as bad coordination.
- The most important: after 3 interview rounds and a take home tech assignment, silence. Even after repeated reminders, no feedback, no rejection or positive answer, just ghosting. This last one was a total fun killer.

Prep for the usual, SOLID, SQL properties, async vs multithread vs multiprocess etc. Although it's AI, not too many math involved.

They are looking for free consulting , giving assignments that are actually problems to solve since they have junior engineers with no experience at all and then they never get back to you.Their product is a joke , a custom RAG chatbot that anyone can create within hours .

Entrevista
The interview process was quite lengthy — five rounds in total — and each round went well, with positive responses from the panel. Unfortunately, after investing significant time and effort, I was told that the company decided to move forward with another candidate.
It’s disappointing that after so many stages, they didn’t provide any clear reason or feedback. This shows a lack of consideration for candidates’ time and expectations. The hiring process definitely needs more professionalism and better communication.
