Entrevista
I had a first interview online and a second interview in person. I went all the way to their office, and they did not communicate with me ever again after second interview that was in person.
No acknowledgement, no feedback, no telling me whether I got the job or not, just silence, which I thought was unkind after I took the time to go to their office.

Entrevista
2 rounds, one online (more behavioural) and the last one in person with a written MC test. Not complex but quite specific on structured products and greeks. Some brain teasers, nothing absurd (a liar's poker will get you through it).

Entrevista
Smoothe Process getting to know culture fit, it was friendly and nice getting to know the company and projects available. It had 2 rounds, one was with the founder for initial screener and 2nd was the technical interview on tools and followed up with the take home project.
