There are 3 round of interview. Interview questions related to technical knowledge, management system etc. Technical round done by QC head and quality head. HR round conducted by HR head of plant. All the interview schedule at the plant site.

Process development, Technology transfer/ MSTG department interview. Department head took the interview. Post interview, expense reimbursement is very difficult. Interview was easy. They mostly asked about site transfer activities, new products introduction and investigation of new products at site.
