Applied online- reached out to by an HR person, interviewed first round and said she would get back to me next week then just never heard back.... until a year later when the exact same recruiter reached out to me asking if I was still available after the job was put on hold. Then she ghosted me again after I gave my availability. Hopefully they at least treat their employees with respect and professionalism.

Process was quiet easy as people in the company was dubious about there offerings . Random rounds were conducted . In first round some random Manager came and asked some technical stuffs which was quiet easy . In Second round some real scenarios and use cases were discussed . In third Director and hiring Manager asked some basic stuffs and current experience with some basics experience about Agile Methodology . In HR round I have been told that everything is positive and they will let me know the result . After waiting me to wait for two months I have been told position went on hold due to some approvals . It is waste of time going for this company as they do not have clearity to standardize the process .
