There will be 3 rounds of interview, I only attended first round interview where most of the questions was behavioural based questions. I was not happy with interview process because after the first round they didn't not pick up my calls and they didn't respond to my mail for feedback. I expected but of professionalism from the HR..

1. Tell me about yourself, 2. if u get better opportunity in same company within 6 months will u take IJP.
3. You will be part of the project related to process improvement process along with Senior and your senior will take all the credit even though most/all of the idea is your and your will be having the fight between your senior. Now how will you handle and move forward
