The process was all over the phone and very smooth. The partners I spoke with were all very kind and willing to answer questions. I also spoke with a couple of associates who seemed to really enjoy working at Akerman.

There was an initial screening interview, which was followed by interviews with several attorneys over the course of under two hours. It was pretty straightforward. Mostly seek to get to know the associate candidate and better understand key aspects of the resume, past experience, and general skill and ability. The process was entirely virtual.
