Interviewer asked the basic questions about the role (best practices, skills, years of experience, etc.). Then, I was required to complete a straightforward UI/UX Design assignment of developing a couple of screens for a mobile app (I had about a week, I think). I also designed a social media post. Anyways, they called me back to discuss my submission, I explained my designs and then never heard from them again. Waste of time.
