The interview was very disengaged, and it was almost impossible to view the benefits of working with the company. Statements were made of why you would change from your current work; we do the same thing here. We don't offer insurance either (as if it were a tone being set on my standards). and the payrate does not grow or have a bonus structure. I have spoken to a temp agency that gives more security for its employees than what was being offered here. The interviewer also said the pay rate for a student analyst / clinical assistant was 23 an hour max. well below the national pay scale. I have yet to respond - I felt disrespected professionally after that interview. And honestly wonder, if the company itself is going thru something.
