Multiple interviews conducted by different employees. General questions asked-experience/skills, strength/weaknesses and what contributions you will bring to the company. Overall, process from interview to start date took about a month.
The interview process is very thorough. They take the time to put you in front of a variety of decision makers to ensure proper fit for both the candidate and the company.

Quite a few rounds of interviews. After my final interview, they just ghosted me. It would have been nice to at least receive I wasn't the right candidate email of some sorts.
