Entrevista
First round interview with HR, deputy director, youth services coordinator, library services manager virtually. Followed up by in-person interview with the panel. It was very formal and by the book. Panel basically just listed off questions in rapid-fire format. Were willing to further explain questions or repeat.

Describe with intellectual freedom means to you and how you handle questions from the community on censorship or complaints about certain books/displays.
Describe experience interacting with a diverse community, including different socioeconomic groups and how you think that experience will show up again in this position.
