I applied last year for an analyst role and had the worst experience of any job I’ve ever applied for. Recruiter “missed” our scheduled time to speak which was fine but never apologized on our new meeting time. Also made it through the next stage and after the interview I sent a thank you email to both the recruiter and my interviewer and got nothing but radio silence on both ends. To this day I haven’t heard back and it’s probably been about 8 months now. Do not waste your time with the process - they don’t value your time.

Entrevista
Applied through my school website; first interview on-campus. Super day in NYC, interviewed with two junior people and three partners, and then took a writing test. It was a long process with challenging interviews. The firm invests time and effort in its recruiting process to maintain the right culture.
