Contacted by HR for an interview. HR was not competent. Did not clarify that it was going to be a phone or in-phone interview. I assumed it was going to be a phone interview since it was the 1st contact, turned out their 1st interview is in person. When interview time and day was confirmed, she called me to reschedule because she placed my slot for someone else. On the day of the interview, I waited 20 minutes and no one showed up until I asked the front desk again for HR and front desk said 'oh i am sorry, she went out for lunch'. I had the interview with the team. The job description was more for an Accounts Payable position but they asked me questions that are more appropriate for an Accountant. The whole interview process gave me a sense that the place is disorder. I understand this is a news company where unpredictable things happen but this is just setting up an interview and posting the right job description.
