I applied online and went through the 1st 3 stages and was called for the final assessment day. Everything went smoothly as we had to do a case study, present it to the panel, then have individual interviews. They were deciding on 15 out of the 36 candidates. The next day after the assessment day, the HR PIC contacted me and asked for my pay slip, to which i offered my confirmation letter from my current company, she agreed. However I was offered another position by another bank but I preferred Alrajhi and made it known to them. After following up a few times, silence. No response from her again, and even after I messaged another HR personnel in Linkedin there wasn't a response either. If anything, they could at least give a proper response instead of leaving the candidate hanging, rather unprofessional on their side.
