One hour interview with the hiring partner in the arbitration department, The role required experience in construction disputes. The interview was quite intense and very specific. I also had the feeling the partner was showing off their experience in the region.

Process starts quickly if you have an internal reference. It was a quick interview but it all depends on your prospective boss. My boss did not ask a lot of questions, seemed more concerned about whether I could work under him.
