Panel interview by a large group of nurse managers from various units. They go around in a circle to ask behavioral nursing questions and basic interview questions such as tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, etc. Sometimes the person asking the question will elaborate further on your answer with more questions.

Q: Tell me about a time you had to do something you were unfamiliar with without any assistance.
Friendly open interview process. Very nice management team. Good explanation of the job and schedule. Questions were fair and straightforward. No technical questions were asked. Overall, a simple pleasant interview.
