HORRIBLE. Does not respect your time. It was nearly two weeks between some email communications. They ask you to take a three hour test, but then don’t even offer you feedback on how you did. If your test was done well their engineers will interview you, but they appear to have only an intermediate level of app development skill, and do not know how to produce smooth scrolling, build UIs programmatically, etc. If you stump them they will say you are unqualified. Lacking practical knowledge of the iOS SDK, they resort to questions about memory management or such. Avoid this company, and if they ask you to take a test, make them pay you to take it. Otherwise they will waste your time and ghost you!
