1 phone screen with HR. 1 zoom interview with local GM. Mostly behavoiral questions. some technical.
4 months later, email follow up from HR saying the position was filled. Not quite ghosting, but percieved as ghosting.
Great assessment, good interview. Had to present myself and how I see the company. Make a SWOT analysis and a brief plan for the future. Yes yes yes yes yes

Second with the team and they explained the job and asked questions about your experience with working with others. Third was with hiring manager asking about career goals, expectations from employer and any questions you have for them.
