O processo levou 6 dias. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Alaska Airlines.
Entrevista
Only had one call (initial screening) where the interviewer told me he would focus on whether I was a good fit for the role, which he did. There was no mention of whether the job was a good fit for me or questions about what I was looking for in a job. I haven’t had this type of ‘one way’ interview in a very long time, probably since my first job out of college.

Entrevista
Phone screen with recruiter that was not friendly at all, one zoom call w/ hiring manager, again not friendly, another one w/ skip manager who was ok, smart and interested in my experience, one in-person interview loop w/ cross functional team and again with hiring manager.
Very old school company and the offices are a little depressing, next to SeaTac. The process was long and with no clear ending or # of interviews. The interview questions were pretty basic, not really into behavioral questions. It was loooong. It was like 3 months from begging to the end.

Are you proactive? (Literally, that was the question)

The interview process is very relational. The interviews are more about culture fit than anything. Technical skills are important, but at the more entry level positions they believe they can train the desired skills, but can't train to fit the culture.
