Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Alaska Airlines (Seattle, WA) em dez. de 2018
Entrevista
I applied online. Was contacted by recruiter, scheduled an hour long phone screen with an engineer. After that I was invited on-site for 3 hour interview.
Round 1: Solve a problem in C# using their laptop
Round 2: Look at the code and refactor it
Round 3: Talk with the hiring managers about your past employment, behavioral questions etc.
Don't know what went wrong, but it is clearly that they thought I was terrible given that recruiter called me in 2 days.
From what I understood, the company emphasizes TDD and pair-programming heavily.
Found the job through a recruiter. Interview process is easy and it is mostly behavioral questions. The whole process took about 2 weeks. They partner with a few big staffing companies.

Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Alaska Airlines.

Recruiter call, followed by a conversation with the hiring manager. Then there was a take-home coding challenge, which led into a panel interview.
During the interview, they explicitly asked not to use AI or even Google because it’s “too smart.” Instead, they said if you need to search for documents, use Bing since it’s “dumber” and less likely to give away answers right away.
A lot of CSS questions, do flexbox live, niche ones like how to select the icon in the native HTML date input. That really threw me off, come on, who actually remembers that? Even without AI, who still relies on native HTML for a design system?
