Entrevista
The first interview was over the phone with a recruiter from Alaska Airlines.
There was also a 3 page essay type questionaire that asked about my personality type, how I handle adversity, why I think I belong at Alaska Airlines, etc. Knowing the company mission statement is helpful when filling this out (google).
