The interviewers were very pleasant. From the minute you walk through the dir, you are given the opportunity to engage with interviewers and interviewees.. Take it, don't be shy. Like I said, the Alaska spirit shows in the employees as they are pleasant, and very welcoming it does not hurt to smile either. Smile as you would with your customers.

I applied for the CSA position and answered about 50 questions . I was invited to a pre orientation presentation via Zoom. There were about 35 people on the call. It lasted an hour. Individuals were not asked any questions , but you could ask questions . We were told we would hear within the next few days if chosen for a one on one interview. Basically they have their mind made up since they do not get to know you .
