Entrevista
Initial screening call, followed by a 1:1 conversation with hiring manager. Then a panel interview is scheduled with a technical presentation from the applicant on relevant experience or past projects. Then finally one last interview with founders.

Many questions about past experiences and technical expertise.
Screen with a recruiter, chat with a manager, followed by several rounds of technical interviews including a coding test. The process was very pleasant and the people were nice. They were forthcoming with where they needed to adjust the interview process and expectations, which is a rare sign of transparency.
