I got a callback from someone in HR two months after I applied for the position. They took their sweet time getting back to me but kept calling me to death to schedule a phone screen. They gave me a time slot for the phone screen and said they would email me a confirmation but I never got it (they offered to email me the confirmation). I was expecting the phone screen to include questions about diversity and recruitment but it wasn't. They gave me a five-part interview question and after I did not say anything for five seconds they thought I hung up. I need to think of my answers before saying them. They also called me a few minutes early (I had another engagement prior to the call) and called me by the wrong name at the time of the interview. As soon as I got off of the phone with them I withdrew my application. Hot mess.
