Quite strange that they requested a on site, no warning IQ test. I sat there wondering does everyone have to take one or just me . It wasnt a big deal but to me personally it felt almost unprofessional and very random . To this day I wonder how much that random IQ test determines whether someone deserves a job position or not.

2 interview rounds within 1 week. Each interview around 30 minutes. Received an offer after 2nd round. Interviewers were nice and open which made me feel more confident and less stressful.
