I got a LinkedIN invite from India Director about a open position. Based upon my interest, HR person called and scheduled the interview. I loved how CTC and components are discussed prior to the start of the interview. But interview experience was bit different. The interviewer was more keen on theoretical programming knowledge. He was also rigid to tell me to code the solution in JavaScript. I asked again and again if I can code it in Java as JavaScript syntax I need to google once , but unfortunately he denied.
