The process was smooth and 2 technical rounds. Since they are setting up GCC and have been hiring through ANSR, there is no clarity. Even though my interview went pretty well, they kept me on hold and it seems that ANSR has been doing this for many other companies trying to set up GCC. Sometime they call for face to face interview, but at the end of the day they send an email saying your candidature is on hold and never come back. So it feels that your time is wasted. Albertson is very new to India and there has been a job cuts in US so be mindful before joining.
