Intense. Both verbal interview and hand-written test. When you get there, they ask you to sit down and fill out a form with questions regarding workplace practices and situations. After completing, the manager you are interviewing with will go over the questions and your answers with you. Your written answers don't have to be detailed because of this. This is your chance to elaborate on your answers and to be more conversational with management.

Applied online and received a call from one of the 5th Managers. They asked me scenario based questions, like how I would deal with a co-worker abusing our discounts. It was quite lengthy because the manager was writing down all my responses. If you are thorough, you can answer most of their questions when they ask the first one.
