One of the most unprofessional, badly handled candidate experiences I have ever been through. In short an offer was made over email and then the recruiter ghosted me for 10 days after me providing my start date. They then came back and asked me to start in less than 10 days, without a formal offer letter. I requested time for a notice period and that was not honored. There was no communication along the way. Companies that treat candidates like this as we overcome a pandemic and real adversity, deserve a whole lot of bad karma. Avoid this company unless you have a direct connection.
