Submitted an application online, and was called in for an interview. (I would recommend calling the store to ask about open positions as well, don't just rely on them to get back to you. Take initiative). The interview was pretty quick and easy, maybe about 20 min at the most. You will more than likely be given an offer on the spot if you get it.

The interview process was very easy, scheduled a 30 minute interview, asked basic questions, why are you interested in applying for this position, what are your goals short term and long term, tell me about yourself.
