depending on the store and who is in charge its always mainly about personality. just sell yourself and dont make it seem like you just "need a job" and be persistant. even a monkey can get a job at albertsons. There are certain times when they are desperate to fill a posision such as a night crew worker which no one would want to do at 24 hours a week since its the graveyard shift and with the current state of the company there will be no hours extra given, that would be a great way to get job experience but not a career.
