I applied online about a month beforehand, before the holidays were over. I was called for an interview at the store. I was brought into a back office for the interview. She went over my application, mostly. She asked me more about my job experience (which was my volunteer work I listed). She asked me what I was doing in life (student). She asked me what I hope to be doing at Albertsons (told her about hoping to cross-train in other departments to help wherever needed). She asked if I was okay with joining the union (she told me if I had said no, they would not have hired me). I think that's pretty much it. She called me two days later to say that I was hired, and to come in for a drug test (at this store, it was saliva test). She was very personable and nice. I had a good experience.
