Phone interview followed by personal interview.
Technical Interview was very extensive lasting more than hour. I had a telecom back ground before, So all the projects and details were asked. You can not buff here, these guys knows the stuff. Some of the projects I did in the past was special interest to them, so they were discussed more. Thorough knowledge of programking skills, architecture etc were checked. This was followed by personal interview, I had performed well in the phone interview (done by the hiring manager), so he himself talked to me for personal interview first, followed by 2/3 members of his team. I kind of felt they didnt grill me in the second round, because the manager was satisfied with technical skills in the phone interview itself and wanted make sure they can trust this guy.

I was referred by an employee; so there was some confidence in my candidacy ahead of the interview. I first Interviewed the hiring manager. I was asked simple questions and got the job. Then, I went through the HR process to get through the formal hiring process.

the position was for tester for telephone switching system. they were not really interested in my educational background.

Entrevista
The company came to my college for recruitment. There was a written test, on the basis of which 10 guys get shortlisted. The test was of 3 hrs duration. Then it was 3 rounds of technical interview. After the interview they finally selected 2 students.
