I got a call through employee referral. It was a telephonic round which lasted for 30 mins. Questions were based on networking concepts. I was asked to explain my networking projects mentioned in my resume. They expected me to know at least one scripting language.

Interviewed by Department Head, Manager, Team Lead and Designer, Was assigned Coding Tasks by Department Head, then Phone Screen and Interview by department head and then after 2 weeks Interviewed by remaining three people. All the interview persons were cool and made me comfortable. No pressure was felt during interview.
