A 45 minute, in person interview with a 3-person panel, conducted by the company CFO, a lead developer and a member of HR. They began asking me about my working background and related experience for the role I was applying for. They then asked me situational questions about different scenarios and challenges I'd faced and how I approached them. These were followed by technical questions to do with programming and the software development life cycle.

Alarmingly unprofessional for a company portraying it's services on the global market - looking to attract the best talent. Interviewed by leads and CEO - a very very strange interview, never had anything like it before - but in a bad way. It just came across as so unprofessional and ad-hoc. Rude, offensive and arrogant
