Very good overall not difficult situation questions. I like the overall process and people are friendly and have a great culture for sure. The company cares for their employees. Very good and helping teams.

There were 3 rounds as far as I remember the last round was with the manager. There expectations were high compared to the salary that was being offered, other industries offer more salaries with the same skillset. However, Noboday workds more than 8 hr at Alcon. If that is a deal breaker fro anyone, Go Ahead.
