there is 2 stage of interview which with regional sales manager and business unit manager ,standard process and question . also required on checking of your pay slip after get offer

Very terrible interview experience, I don't expect will happen with such MNC. Alcon recruiter reach out to me with LinkedIn and ask me to apply to role. thare have prescreening call by Alcon HR plus fill prescreening question which including my current salary package and expectation. First of all, the HR provide me the wrong link in email therefore there has some delay. the worst part is the interviewer, when we discuss the expected salary then both interviewer start laughing and ask me "you know which position you applied ?" Actually the salary I asked is 2%lower than my current salary. That is insult which I already fill up the prescreening question and state very clear my expection+ current package. If Alcon can not offer actually we can cancel the interview instead laugh and insult people during interview.
