The entire process was of 3 rounds, essay, hr interview and then final interview with the team lead under whome they were hiring interns.. Their JD for the candidates was research and assist financial analyst (TL) in their ongoing project
After the Director Interview, I had a chance to meet some of the team members for an informal chat, which gave me a better sense of the company culture. Overall, the interview process was quite efficient and informative.
