Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Alcority em mar. de 2024
Entrevista
The interview process began with a recruiter reaching out via email to schedule a first call. Basic information was exchanged and then I was sent an email to schedule another meeting with the team's manager. The interview went very well and I even thought I had excellent rapport with the manager after he let me know that I seem like a good fit for the role and the type of employee that they were looking for.
I was asked about my background and the questions mostly focused on things I had mentioned in my resume, so nothing came to me as a surprise and the questions were easy to answer.
Ultimately, I didn't land the job but have no hard feelings as I am looking to break into the industry, and I'm sure there must have been a more qualified applicant in this case for a job that required a bit more experience than I had under my belt.

Tell me about this project on your resume, and some challenges you've faced along the way.
Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Alcority (Dallas, TX).
Entrevista
My interview process consisted of 5 Interviews. They invited me to the office for the last of the five rounds of the interview process that I was a part of.
Recruiter reached out based on my LinkedIn career history, and communication was good. I was told the hiring manager would call next day and let me know afterwards to proceed or pass.
No call at scheduled time.
I reached out to recruiter and got feedback that was shocking from hiring manager.
Stated that he didn't want a person with purchar history or any PO history in a recent job history. Based on. His notes my "recent" was not what he was looking at. Nor my last 2 1/2 years.
The full job description is all Procurement but that is not what they are wanting for hire?
Makes sense why the job has been open for 97 days so far.
