Initaily a good process meeting the team in person but I have a doubr if a role initailly exisited as I have seen the same advert online for c12 months. I was then asked to apply for another role but the interview was a mess and they were clearly after a developer rather than a more holistic tech leader.

The interview was 15 minutes long in which They asked me questions about my background and experience. I gelt comfortable and everyone was nice and easy going. The HQ is very nice too.
