Very unprofessional. The recruiter made me wait over an hour in the lobby while she was out at lunch. She scheduled the interview, so she should have been available. She asked me very few questions and everything was generic. I got the impression she would hire anyone. She seemed to have no standards for hiring. I was offered the job and turned it down because of my interview experience.
