Easy, laid back, down to the point. Interviewed first with office manager, then the owner. That was on a Friday. They called me on Monday and made me a contract to hire offer. I got hired full time after 2 weeks of working in the shop.

There were two interviews and both were pleasant enough. No skills testing and no other testing of any sort. Not sure why they are needing more office staff nor why they are unable to maintain office staff. The final outcome was less than expected. No answer on why they choose not to hire even though the process seemed to be going very smoothly. Since they don't do any skills, personality, intelligence or drug testing you really have no clue why you didn't get the job. If you ask why, you will receive a very vague response.

Conducted two interviews. They seemed to really want to do there homework. They're building a company culture based on integrity and I can see that happening through my time working with this team. Great people, great co workers, I love it here.
