Had to make decision to take myself out of this mad process after the 4th interview. Process did not feel genuine after 3rd interview, more like waste of time , luckily no travel expenses due to pandemic . Conducting same style interviews and asking same questions yet expecting different results - that is definition of insanity. No closing deadline for applications . Same position continues to be advertised in UK , then moved to Europe. Was disappointed on wasting my time and had much higher opinion of the company prior to this engagement.
