Next, manager of manager interview more focus in soft skills and adaptaption to Alfa Laval culture. Final interview with HR manager, focus on finding out if I was a cultural fit for the company.

It was not too complex, and people were helpful with the process. I was able to secure the job with three rounds of interviews. Salary is average. NOt a lot of vertical growth.
