The initial interview was on zoom. The lady was very sweet and asked very basic interview questions. However she made it seem like I was getting hired or going into the next level of interviews. She used the terms “when you go into your next interview” and “you’ll be speaking with” and that id receive an email with the next steps for the interview process. Checked my email after the interview and received a do not reply email saying we aren’t interested in proceeding with you.

I filled out an Application was immediately emailed then set up a phone call. It was a short 15-20 min phone call. Laid back and relaxed overall feel. Phone call went really well. Then position was removed. Will keep them in mind in the future.

Entrevista
I applied for the position through Indeed. A human resources representative called me a few days later for a phone interview, she immediately invited me for an in-person interview the next week. She was very friendly and open to answering any questions. After I spoke with her, I met with the hiring manager. She was not friendly at all. She asked me a few questions and showed zero interest in what I was saying. I asked if there were opportunities for advancement in the company (which I ask during every interview) and she became very defensive. Said she wanted someone to be in the position "at least 5 years" and not someone who would be "looking for another position." I'm sorry, but I don't know anyone who wants to work in the same position for the rest of their life. What's wrong with advancement opportunities?
