The interview process for the Bone Health Consultant role was a positive experience. It included a few stages, starting with a cover letter with specific questions and a resume, followed by a video submission with behavioural questions. There was then about an hour-long phone interview with Talent Acquisition and a final interview with more behavioural questions. The process was organized and easy to follow. Timelines were clear and updates were provided throughout. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience comfortable. Overall, it gave a clear understanding of the role and the team.

The interview process was thorough and unique. I hadn't been asked these questions before. It gave me insight to what their values were and I realized they really wanted to get to know who I was as a person and not just an employee and what I can offer them professionally. Right away there was a warm and authentic feeling I could feel coming from the company even within the interview process.
