Extremely rigid and lengthy process that became far too personal and judgmental. The interviews felt like if you were to ever find the notes, they would be trying to find personal flaws. Asking questions that delve too deeply into personal experiences and challenges, yet you somewhat feel you need to use this in order to be noticed. I also felt like I was being analyzed and judged by the COO, who wasn't even present during my interview and was on a monitor. I had to shout loudly to ensure I could be heard.
