Got into the final round, enjoyed the first 2 rounds, but final round was tough. The interviewer didn't spend as much time as he should to understand the interviewee, only lasted 20 minutes. Got rejected in the end.

Disadvantage：Organization takes time and there’s no notification for results
Advantage：Meeting use all the discussion time with 2 participants whom go through all the communication with patience
Committers are professional and focus on position matching
The interview process consists of: resume evaluation -> initial interview -> second interview -> cross-interview -> final business interview -> HR interview. Resume evaluation, initial interview, final business interview, and HR interview are mandatory, while the others are optional.
